These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BetterFuelCheck mobile application ("the App") operated by Thengakola ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

BetterFuelCheck provides fuel price information sourced from Australian government APIs and other publicly available data. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Scrape, harvest, or redistribute fuel price data obtained through the App.

Fuel Price Data

Fuel prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party government and industry APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices may change at any time and may differ from what you find at the pump. Always confirm the price at the station before filling up.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Thengakola and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The fuel price data remains the property of its respective sources.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that fuel price data will be accurate. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thengakola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on fuel price information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
